Remove VAT on e-books to bring e-books into line with their more archaic printed cousins.

Currently VAT is charged at the standard 20% rate for e-books, often making them more expensive than their paper counterparts. This is an anomolous situation that should be rectified by the removal of VAT from e-book publications.
