Rejected petition All petitions should have an option for the public to vote against the petition

The referendum went well didn't it? There's an option to bring such greatness to the petitions site by making all petitions into referendums. This would be very viral as people would be compelled to vote to stop the other side winning and we could be voting ALL THE TIME.
