Petition Allow citizens of British Overseas Territories to vote in any Brexit referendum

The Brexit referendum, took place on 23 June 2016' Of the 14 British Overseas Dependent territories only residents of Gibraltar were given the opportunity to vote. 96% of voters in Gibraltar voted to remain in the EU.
