On entering the car park of an establishment selling liquor/ alcohol. An immediate contract of health and safety is created between the car driver/customer and the establishment/management. The driver who intends to drink alcohol should automatically hand over ALL his/her car keys to management. If he/she does not. There is no obligation to serve him/her alcohol. If he does the management should supply, at a reasonable price, a taxi to the drivers place of residence. Costs defrayed to the brewery. Turn the principles of this statement into law asap.
