Rejected petition We voted to leave the EU so leave, no second vote on the same issue.
Rejected on
Mostly people who lost the referendum are making demands to re-run the vote. That decision was made, we are leaving the EU. We need to restate our view that Leave means Leave by signing this petition.
Ireland rejected the Nice and Lisbon treaties but with little change to those treaties they were asked to vote again and voted yes. Same for Denmark and the Maastricht treaty, initially no then yes. It is a gambit of the EU to ‘correct’ the democratic will of nation states and their people if they get it ‘wrong’. Surely we are not that gullible to fall for it again.
