Lowering Corporation Tax substantially will persuade companies to set up/move to Britain.

While there is a high number of businesses in places like London elsewhere in the UK there are a shortage of jobs, having lower corporation tax rates in these areas will persuade businesses to set up or move there and create jobs in areas where unemployment is an issue.

The loss in corporation taxes would be made up from higher employment rates and therefore more employed people paying taxes and a lower amount of people on welfare.
