The amount of money these council spend on none essential projects like registration plates, town centre pedestrianisation, high wages and pensions, dumping housing improvement items because they are scratched and never seen once installed, thousand of pounds on flowers, the time to curtail all none essential spending must be curtailed once and for all, new rules need to be passed to draw back this public sector spending.
