A team of cultural experts acting on the behalf of the UK Society needs to undertake diligent research to understand what the Uk wants and needs from its politicians.
Once these guidelines / principles have been agreed, any 'new' political party can apply to govern the country by a majority vote.
No existing party can apply.
Any political party needs to demonstrate how they will adhere to these new guidelines / principles and will be periodically audited by a 3rd party governance department.
