Rejected petition New Medal for Killed and Injured Servicemen

A new medal should be struck and presented to all servicemen killed or injured during the course of their duties.

The medal should be awarded in the name of the Crown and and be limited to members of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom who, while serving in any capacity with one of the United Kingdom Armed Services, has been wounded or killed, or who has died or may hereafter die after being wounded in any action against an enemy of the United Kingdom.

The award of the medal should be run using similar criteria to that of the USA Purple Heart
