It takes 2 - 4 weeks to pass/discuss an amendment to a binding legal bill in which it has to go through House of Commons and the House of Lords. This has not been discussed properly or legally.

It must do so as it has done with all other legally binding documents/bills.

A democratic procedure/process has to be upheld in U.K. parliament.
