Petition UK Police Forces to get same pay increase of 6.5% which Scotland were given.

Scottish Police Forces were given a 6.5% pay increase whilst England and Wales Police Forces were given just a 2% pay rise. Police Officers sacrifice their lives everyday to uphold the law, protect property, protect citizens and prevent crime whilst having rest days cancelled and numbers cut.

Police Officers work unsociable hours, they take out second jobs because they cannot afford to live and are not backed by the government yet MP’s get pay rise after pay rise and claim millions in expenses.

The UK is supposed to treat everyone equally and a pay rise should be the same for all police forces in the UK.
