Petition Cyclists should be made to abide by the laws of the road

I want cyclists to be made to abide by the laws of the road the same as other uses. They should not be allowed to cycle the wrong way down one way roads. They should not be allowed to run red lights. They should be made to act more responsibly on the road. If they constantly abuse the highway code they should have their cycle confiscated and sent on a cycle proficiency course or fined as other road users would be.
