The population for the UK is booming and immigration on the increase legal immigrants before entry into the UK to work and live must pass an examination to prove competance in the spoken language of english. It is Necessary to improve services and also to maintain an enviroment of safety in the work place where employees fully understand basic instruction.

This proposal is also to stem the tide of immigrants who are flooding our work enviroments, work is lacking and employers employ individuals that are less equipped to understand our british system of fair employment.
