Teachers National Pay and Conditions are being erroded by the establishment such as Academies. These establishments are allowed to change a teachers pay and conditions (e.g. choose a different pension provider).

I petition the government to protect these national agreements, in respect of anybody who is providing education to those within the compulsory education age group, have the right to work under these conditons.
