Rejected petition Grant a public referendum between Government's deal and withdrawal of Article 50

The will of the people was not cleanly represented in 2016 and parliament has not been able to satisfy the public demand to settle or cancel brexit. The margin was narrow. This petition is to enable parliament to pursue it to a clear conclusion with a clear mandate on an detailed solution.
