Currently Sky has a monopoly of Test cricket. Thus many people are denied the opportunity to watch it, for financial reasons, or because they object to the extent and nature of the Sky 'empire'. The government should legislate to ensure that Sky must share coverage with one of Channel 4, ITV or the BBC.
