Petition Public Offshore Investment Declarations for Ministers - demonstrate who is truly 'Backing-Britain'

Make it mandatory for MP's, MEP's, Hereditary Peers, Judges and Senior Civil Servants to make a public Annual Declaration of offshore investments they may hold or benefit from.

In the interests of demonstrating total commitment to consolidating the UK economy, anyone with a seat in the House of Commons, House of Lords or EU Parliament must make an annual declaration of any offshore investments they may benefit from, and, in the event of exceeding a reasonable nominal threshold, must agree to return those investments to UK-based institutions before being permitted to take-up/continue to hold positions of power, national responsibility or influence.

Secondly the declaration principle should be extended to Church of England leaders, Royal family members, and all other Public figures with National responsibilities.

The actual parameters for all groups should be subject for debate.
