Rejected petition Mandatory bye elections in constituencies where a serving MP leaves their party

Several MPs have recently left the parties under which they were elected to Parliament. Their constituents should have the opportunity to decide whether they still want to have their MP represent them by having a mandatory bye election when this occurs.
