It is nearly impossible for first time buyer to get onto the property ladder especially for those with only one income. This is down to the soaring house prices.
I think the government should change the law so that houses which have been for sale for over a year should be forced to drop their price or rent the property instead of selling it. It is not there are not enough properties only that there are too many over priced properties.
