Rejected petition Use a Vatican system, lock MP's in House of Commons until they reach a decision!

To elect a new pope the cardinals are locked in the Sistine Chapel in Rome and not allowed to leave until they elect a new pope. Time is short and nothing is working so I think desperate times call for desperate measures! They receive enough food & water but the focus is on forcing a decision.
