I want the government to introduce management offices with publicly appointed members the purpose of those offices to be solely the management and control of expense and allowance claims from governement officials at both local and national levels. Each office would employ individuals on a fixed term payment by result basis and have no politcal biases. The targets and results to be published monthly for the public to monitor progress.While we condemn and criticise the abuse of all our publicly funded allowance systems we seem incapable of keeping our elected representatives morally grounded and in some cases honest. .
