Rejected petition Ban the use of gas gun bird scarers

The government need to step in and ban the use of these awful devices in rural areas, they are supposed to scare birds off fields but can be heard 3 or 4 miles away. They are affecting the use and enjoyment of our homes (we have to remain inside with the windows shut in the summertime). Farmers are supposed to follow NFU guidelines but many don't bother and the cannons start at 4 or 5 in the morning and continue to after dark. They need controlling by law.
