Improve noise reduction for new build properties. Increase the noise level threshold from 43db for airborne noise transfer between new build housing construction. The current construction of single block and air insulation between new build and stud wall housing permits normal living noise to be transferred to neighbouring properties. The current limit of 43db is too low.
