Rejected petition Introduce a mandatory prison sentence for caring a knife as a weapon

Knife crime is soaring throughout the UK. In Harrow, North West London today, there were 2 stabbings, one fatal.
Something has to be done to stop this needless waste of life and as a deterrent, a starting point would be a minimum prison term to be defined by parliment for carrying a knife.
