In light of the FSA report which clearly places the blame for RBS's financial troubles on 'mis-management' and 'poor decisions' by the bank's Directors and Executives, HM Treasury should enforce the requirement for all those Directors and Executives to hand back their bonuses and/or share options, thereby demonstrating that failure and incompetence is not rewarded.
