My Partner has been ordered to pay child support to a child he has never seen, no photo's, not named on childs birth certificate, child born in U.S.A.......no paternity established.but when BRITAIN orders that mother must take child for DNA testing...but U.S.A refuse.........they need to comply with our orders like we do theirs!!!!!!!! Thats what I want changed.
