To ask the Scotland Office to instruct David Cameron to return to Brussels and sign the Treaty of 9th December 2011 on behalf of the people of Scotland. Neither the Conservative / LibDem coalition nor David Cameron have any mandate from the Scottish People whose interests he neglected completely when applying his veto.
