Make it so Landlords and estate agents can't charge whatever they want for housing.
Regulate rental pricing.
Set the rental pricing of houses by the amount that housing benefit stipulate by using the same criteria as the Local Housing Allowance.
Make rental properties affordable.

How can 1 person charge £600 for a 3 bed in need of renovations, and another charge £600 for a 3 bed new build.
Stop landlords and estate agents cashing in on the housing crisis.
If housing benefit deem an area worth only £500 pcm how can a landlord charge £600 or £650 or even £700.
