Rejected petition Remove gender reassignment surgery from the NHS.

We can't accept your petition because it's not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament to decide whether someone needs medical treatment. Gender reassignment surgery is only provided on the NHS if a Doctor has decided it is medically necessary.
