Rejected petition Stop using netting on trees, shrubbery and birds natural habitat.

We have noticed a rise in the use by developers and local authorities of netting which is preventing birds and other wildlife from nesting and having access to their natural habitats. This is cruel and unnecessary. Please ban the use of netting.
