Swindon is a thriving industrial town with several Churches, Schools & Colleges and has very well known communities with good and well known Businesses. Swindon may not meet all of the Requirements but with some extra funding from the Government and with some Local Support, We can hopefully turn Swindon Town to Swindon City!
