Petition Child Support Mandatory Deduction of Earnings for Absent Working Parents

The Child Support Agency should put in place an automatic deduction of earnings to any absent parent. This would then stop absent parents abusing the system and getting away with paying either three or four payments a year. It is such a struggle for single parents to make ends meet. It will save tax payers thousands of pounds for all of the debt chasing shaninigans. PLEASE DO THIS!
