Rejected petition Enable a" None of the above" vote on ballot papers and count it in results.

In my local elections party candidate choice is limited to 3. These parties choose to undermine our democratic referendum, this leaves me unwilling to support them. Rather than spoil the ballot paper, there should be a place to reflect our inability to support such parties and register our disgust.

In place of discarding spoilt ballot papers, the population should be able to express their disgust with parties who ignore their referendum instructions or break their promises. We fear democracy has been eroded.
