Rejected petition Not fine people £70 for parking on the pavement

The transport select committee, are considering fining people seventy pound to park on the pavement. This is unfair as in areas like my street, it is impossible for people not to park on the pavement. As not to do so, would mean no cars can move in or out of the street.

More details

Some roads are so narrow, that if cars and other vehicles do not park on the pavement, the road will be impassable. This will delay emergency vehicles, and other road users.
