At present additional passengers on a holiday booking have no rights and can have their holiday cancelled or amended by the lead passenger without any form of recourse. The minimum should be access to holiday status information and the right to know if their name has been removed from the booking and the right to petition in the small claims court for compensation if any loss occurs.
