An easy and quick way to reduce energy consumed, stimulate business, reduce the national demand for fossil fuels and create JOBS QUICKLY would be to lower VAT to 5% on a wider range of products. VAT is already 5% on certain items, it seems logical to extend it to boilers and new technologies which either lower our fossil fuel demands or reduce them to zero.
