The UK should leave the EU, and then give England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland their own sovereignty.
Each country could then govern themselves as fully independent countries. They could choose EU/not EU, Sterling/Euro, UK/not UK and so on.
England should vote to leave the EU, and trade with EU countries under European Free Trade Association [EFTA] or WTO guidelines. Most importantly the new English government should then seek to maximise trade with our Commonwealth partners.
