Rejected petition Ban people for using toilet paper ONLY to wipe their bottoms for hygiene reasons

Using Tissue is not good enough for wiping as there are some substances still there. Want to raise awareness and improve hygiene and complaints from people about stinky smells. Water should be applied after the wiping as it cleans properly and will prevent any bum diseases and infections
