Petition Do not hold EU elections, spend the money on helping the homeless.

Holding EU elections will cost in the region of £100 million pounds, this money should be better spent on helping the homeless. Also if no elections take place the EU parliament will not be able to function which will give better leverage in negotiations for a better deal.
