Rejected petition I want to make overtime tax free in the UK

I would like overtime in the UK made Tax free as there are to many people overworking and don’t benefit enough countries like France have Tax free overtime and this has lead to productivity rising, The mindset of the more you make the more you loose shouldn’t be plastered into the younger generation
