A banking levy that would pay for the residential care cost of pensioners unable to live in their own homes because of infirmity or dementia etc. Residential care need not be means tested ever again.

It is about time the Bankers put something back into the wider community and looking after the needs of our pensioners at the end of their lives would be a worthwhile contribution to society for that banking community
