Rejected petition Lower the age of smear test for ovarian cancer from 25 to 18 years old

I belive smear tests should be lowered from age 25 to the age 18 because of the amount of young people passing away due to cervical cancer because they didnt know and CAN NOT find out till 25 unless they have severe symptoms,cervical cancer is a silent killer and can affect people as young as 11.
