Rejected petition The eu takes one fifth of vat we pay - on leaving vat should be cut accordingly

As the eu takes one fifth of vat we pay - on leaving the eu the government should cut the vat we pay on goods etc down to well below 15%. This can be done with the help of money no longer being paid to the eu on leaving.
