Petition Legislate to make it compulsory to use your driveway to park your car.

Many streets in the UK (including many where I live) are unnecessarily clogged or made difficult or dangerous to drive on due to car owners parking their cars on roads or pavements when they clearly have a driveway intended for parking.
Legislation is needed whereby Councils/Police can fine householders for not making use of their driveways through laziness, particularly if their actions are limiting safe, unobstructed passage for traffic in the street.

Legislation would add a revenue stream to local authorities and would make roads safer and easier to drive on by other road users and emergency services alike.
