Rejected petition Make TV free in all hospitals. Why should vulnerable poorly people have to pay.

TV in hospitals should be free. Why prey on vulnerable people. They haven't chosen to be poorly. There's alot of elderly people in hospital that can get very lonely and due to the extortionate prices of the TV may not be able to afford it on a pension.

Yet for criminals it's completely free.
