Rejected petition A referendum to put the decision of Brexit back to the people before 31/10/19

Parliament have failed to deliver Brexit. The country have no faith that the extension will result in what was promised regardless of what people voted in 2016. It is time we take control and decide once and for all as follows:
-accept a negotiated Brexit deal
-Stay in the EU
-Leave with no deal
