I propose the introduction of a mandatory custodial sentence for anyone convicted of anti-social offences for the third time. These people make law abiding citizens lives a misery with no fear of a weak justice system which defends the criminal while persecuting the victim. On their third conviction I propose an immediate custodial with the term of imprisonment dependent on the severity of the offences.
