Rejected petition Make anyone involved in bullying which leads to suicide face charges.

Evidence can normally be produced through social media messages and or text messages leading back to the person or persons involved in the bullying. These people need to be held accountable for they're actions. These actions should be considered as manslaughter or at the very least assisted suicide.
