Rejected petition I want online trolling to be a criminal offense

In todays society we sometimes ignore online trolling and the reason for this is because people have grown ignorant, I feel that we need to fight this online abuse regarding, mental health issues and disabilities in children and adults alike, this is a growing concern which needs to be addressed.
