We understand that you would like to bring back the capital punishment, but we're not sure exactly what crimes you'd like to be punishable by the death penalty. At the moment, any criminal offence can be a hate crime if it was carried out because of hostility or prejudice based on disability, race, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what crimes you'd like to be made punishable by the death penalty.
